Shipping Policy

Processing time for online orders is approximately 1-3 days.

At checkout, you can choose between USPS Ground Advantage (slower) and Priority Mail (faster). Estimated transit times reflect USPS’s shipping times.​

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for your carrier delivering to the wrong address, or for stolen packages. The customer assumes responsibility for any mistakes made entering the shipping address.

I'll make it right and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Damaged product in transit?

Please email images of any damage within 10 days of receiving your product. This timeframe allows me to begin an investigation with the carrier(s). All items are unique so there may not be a direct replacement available.

Worried you won’t like it as much in person?

Because I am a very small one-woman business, and because most of my items are one-of-a-kind and/or limited edition, all sales are considered final. But I absolutely want you to love what you buy! So please message me with questions before ordering so that you can be sure of your decision. I promise I don't mind!
